Will you be able to accommodate me on my wedding day (or week)? How does the booking process work?

Before proceeding to other questions and deciding whether to secure the desired date for the party and sider package. The customer must pay an advance payment equal to 50% of the total amount of her package for the service. For bridal packages, the prepayment amount is 25% of the package total. The remaining balance must be paid before the makeup starts at the venue. 

What kind of makeup services do you offer?

We offer various makeup services. All makeup service fees are included in the package price listed on our website. The average bridal package consists of makeup and hairstyling. Enquire us about special bridal packages and benefits.

Which one is better HD makeup or airbrush makeup?

If you have already decided whether you want airbrush or HD makeup for your wedding, please let us know in advance. If you can’t decide don’t worry. After consulting with you in advance, we will ask you about your desired appearance and makeup preferences, and we will suggest the best products for your skin. 

What products are used and are they supplied by MUA?

Our makeup artists use quality makeup products such as Maybelline, Faces Canada, Lakme, MAC and Sugar. If you are allergic to certain products or prefer to use only certain products on your big day, please discuss this with your makeup artist in advance. All makeup products offered by Kirti Makeovers are intended for professional use only. You may not use our make-up products without the prior permission of the make-up artist. In the unlikely event that the product is damaged its the customer’s responsibility, the customer will be responsible for the full price of the product.

What are the charges and payment terms for the service?

All service charges are included in the package price listed on our website. To secure your preferred date for the party and sider package, the customer must prepay 50% of the total amount of his package for the service. For bridal packages, the prepayment amount is 25% of the total package price. The remaining balance must be paid before the makeup starts at the venue. The advance amounts are non-refundable and non-transferable. In case of cancellation, this amount will not be refunded to the customer.

Do I have to visit to your makeover studio or you can accompany me at the wedding venue?

Knowing if you need to travel to the make-up studio can help you to plan your time on the big day accordingly and to avoid service delays later. Commuting charges apply for locations outside Delhi and beyond 10km from our base location. Upon request, we will provide you with an invoice for travel expenses.

Can I have a makeup trial before the wedding?

We do not offer make-up trials before or after making a reservation, even if the trials are paid one.

Do your studio offer makeup look consultations?

After receiving your prepayment, we will discuss your desired look and makeup preferences. Suggestions and guidance will be provided after prepayment.

Are there any free services?

You must not demand or expect free services. Our team will only serve customers with confirmed reservations.

What will happen if there is a change in number of people for makeup?

If a client has booked our services for a certain number of people. But only a few people are available for make-up on the day of the event. The client will have to pay the full amount of the selected package. For additional make-up personnel, the customer will be charged an additional fee accordingly.
